The brief
A growing family needed a safe, beautiful surface that wouldn't fade or burn bare feet around their pool deck and alfresco.
The challenge
Outdoor Queensland conditions are brutal — UV, chlorine and pool-side wet feet all needed to be designed around.
Our solution
We specified a sand-filled flake system with R11 slip resistance and finished with a marine-grade UV-stable topcoat.
The outcome
Cool underfoot, safe when wet, and visually ties the home and pool together. The clients have since referred three neighbours.
