The brief
Homeowners wanted a hard-wearing, easy-clean garage floor that lifted the entire feel of their home — and they wanted it done in a day, not a week.
The challenge
The existing slab had years of oil staining, hairline cracks and a previous failed paint coating. Adhesion and moisture were the two biggest risks.
Our solution
We diamond-ground the slab to a CSP-3 profile, treated cracks with a flexible epoxy filler, applied a moisture-tolerant primer, then broadcast a custom graphite flake blend before sealing with a UV-stable polyaspartic.
The outcome
The owners parked on it the next morning. Two years on, the floor still cleans up with a mop and still looks brand new.
